Not satisfied with the way you look? Too much fat making you look imperfect? If these problems existed in olden times, you had to live with them. But the 21st century offers much more. The art of cosmetic surgery can cater to the problem of excessive fat. It can make you look sleek and stylish; making you the center of attraction everywhere you go!

Liposuction is a cosmetic procedural technique that reduces fat from different areas of the human body by the conventional suction technique or through the more modern ultra-sonic energy technique. The suction technique involves the insertion of a thin tube, attached to a vacuum pump. This tube is inserted in the concerned area through an incision and the unnecessary fat is sucked away. The ultra-sonic technique involves a cannula, inserted in the area that creates vibrations in the body. These vibrations liquefy the fat, making it easier to be sucked out. Both techniques appear to be very effective and have very little side effects. The surgery can be used to reduce fat from the abdomen, the buttocks, the thighs or the back arms.

Liposuction can enhance your body appearance making your social relationships better too and making you feel more confident than before!

As a parent of a young child, nothing thrills me more than watching my little one learn something new and display it to me. There is an immense amount of satisfaction that I get from watching that twinkle in the eyes and smile on those little lips. Because of being keenly observed by those two little eyes, I have become more responsible of how I do everything. This includes being more aware about what I choose as toys for my children.

I have learnt from personal experience that it helps to find the learning toys that match the interest of our children. They play with it for a longer time. One should find out what holds child’s fantasy at the moment. It can be to be a fire man or a boat man, a doctor or an army man. Toys relating to these can be really good and helps their imagination about occupations and develops respect associated with it.

Coloring books is another very good example is the building games or coloring books. These can keep the child occupied for a long time. These are good weather they are in company of other children or adults or even alone. Some toy sets encourage group play. The toys like doctors set or miniature kitchen can create wonderful chemistry in the group set up. Armed with this information I am now always aware of what choose for my children.

Seasonal depression is showing its effects on people. I have personally experienced winter blues and found that Bach flower remedies are fantastic to fight that off. However, I feel that instead of directly going in for remedies, it is better to evolve coping strategies. The dark winters bring recipe for depression because of lack of enough natural light, which affects melatonin hormone in the brain. Research done in England and parts of UK has shown conclusive evidence that 5 to 10 % people have symptoms of mild to moderate depression in winters.

As far as my observations are concerned, the most noticeable changes are shown as variations in sleep and eating behavior. For people who have a major depressive disorder may suffer from more significant signs of holiday blues. If you know that you are prone to seasonal depression, I would recommend that you start with mild dosage of Bach flower remedy called walnut at the onset of the winter times itself. Those who have more problems may use Mustard and a combination depending upon their personality type. The remedies may depend on symptoms like irritability, feeling of boredom and Monday morning blue and not feeling like working. Well it can be tackled, so take it easy.

Amidst all the gloom not just by weather but by the recession and news of job loss, I finally got to read good news on BBC. The news item was about regarding the robust performance of the manufacturing industries in UK. This was based on a survey by Engineering Employers Federation, which said that the further growth in the sector will depend on recovery in the international markets. SO this year its Apt to call the manufacturing industry as the Unsung Hero for the UK‘s economy in the bad times.

My friend Marion echoed a similar sentiment; “Everything cannot go wrong at the same time” she said. I feel this is something that offers hope and yes certainly everything is not so bad in England after all. The main thing that I liked about the news was that many companies were recruiting people. So finally we shall enter 2011 with a stronger footing. This is definitely going to help the economy on the whole. This will indeed have a positive impact not just on the economy but on the mind set of people as well. After all it is the mindset that affects what happens around us.
