Amidst all the gloom not just by weather but by the recession and news of job loss, I finally got to read good news on BBC. The news item was about regarding the robust performance of the manufacturing industries in UK. This was based on a survey by Engineering Employers Federation, which said that the further growth in the sector will depend on recovery in the international markets. SO this year its Apt to call the manufacturing industry as the Unsung Hero for the UK‘s economy in the bad times.

My friend Marion echoed a similar sentiment; “Everything cannot go wrong at the same time” she said. I feel this is something that offers hope and yes certainly everything is not so bad in England after all. The main thing that I liked about the news was that many companies were recruiting people. So finally we shall enter 2011 with a stronger footing. This is definitely going to help the economy on the whole. This will indeed have a positive impact not just on the economy but on the mind set of people as well. After all it is the mindset that affects what happens around us.
